These products are 100% homemade. Every wick is hand-placed, centered, and trimmed. The wax is hand-measured, melted, and poured. The labels are self-designed and printed. With all that said, there may be some minor imperfections. If you feel there is an issue with your purchase that warrants a partial or full refund, please follow the policy below.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered for reasonable issues. Please send a photo and message to caitscandleco@yahoo.com with your concerns. After review, you will be contacted with a decison if your item will be replaced, refunded, or if your issue arose due to lack of proper care.
